Murray Family Farms Big Hiring Event!

Murray Family Farms is proud to announce our hiring event, where we'll be picking out a whole

crop of new applicants to take part in our October fun fest 2021. Murray family farms is a real

working farm that's open year round. During the fall, we welcome families into our pumpkin

patch for rides, games, and tons of memories. To provide all that fun, We'll need some help.

We'll be looking for a variety of positions including cashiers, Event staff, Kitchen staff, Tractor drivers and more. No matter your position, you should be ready to provide world class customer

service. While some hires may be seasonal, exceptional staff members may stay on for the long

run, and we're excited to meet all the wonderful new people who are interested in working at

one of Bakersfield's great landmarks.

Retail Staff

Experience Recommended

In our Big Red Barn, we serve hundreds of customers in just a short amount of time. Whether it be stocking produce in the barn, helping customers at the register or answering questions as you pass out samples, there are many hats to be worn. Prior experience working in a retail environment is ideal.

Applicants that excite us: Knowledgeable in Agriculture or healthy practices, experience working with produce, experience working customer service or cash registers.

Event Staff

No Experience Necessary

Event staff have a wide variety of tasks each day. While these jobs may be simple such as

verifying tickets, observing attraction areas for safety, or greeting customers who enter; It's

imperative to have a sunny disposition and are comfortable working with the public. We are a fast paced and busy work environment, so employees should be prepared to be on their feet and help with general cleaning.

We are located 15 miles outside Bakersfield, so transportation is necessary. Please research our location prior to applying.
