Our corporate HR technology team is looking for a passionate
Cloud Software Engineer to join their team and provide impactful solutions to our employee workforce experience on a global perspective! In this role, you’ll be on a scrum team with the goal of providing the best experience for our internal community by implementing innovative global and mobile solutions for our people platforms. You’ll partner with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors on a global scale. These initiatives will allow our employees and leaders to interact better with HR Services. You'll have the opportunity to learn new systems while working in a dynamic team.Responsibilities- Provide support work to global locations including US, Southeast Asia, etc. within TA practices, learning and development, and employee experience.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions, deliver UIs to simplify experience, work on integration pieces.
- Utilize ISIMS, Oracle HCM, AWS, and Python.
- Convert existing technology from past to AWS.
- Configure techno-functional roles.
- Work with central service to access and retrieve data then implement API-based integrations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience 2+ years of professional development experience with modern programming languages.
- Advanced problem-solving, planning/organizational, time management, communication, goals management, performance management, talent pool-exposure and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferred technical experience:
- Cloud integrations & Web Services (AWS, REST, JSON, XML).
- Data integration and virtualization (AWS).
- Reporting, analytics and query tools (SQL, Python).
- Systems implementation experience on Oracle HCM Cloud or any other HR Management Systems (Workday, PeopleSoft)
- Java development
- Programming
