- Work with internal and external customers to determine the most cost-effective and efficient approach to meeting necessary requirements
- Translate requirements into tested, well-engineered, and deployed application systems
- Develop solutions that utilize a variety of application technologies and may include package and configuration implementation, modification to existing code, and new code construction
- Work with fellow IT and application developers while expanding knowledge base
- Participate in development, design, implementation and support for various software applications
- Assist other developers using problem solving methods by identifying and evolving standards, best practices, and reusable solutions
- Maintain and build a strong practical knowledge of the business area(s) supported and the applications that support it
- Troubleshoot problems; determine root causes and resolve issues within applications
- Full-stack web development using .NET framework (C#)
- Experience developing in WPF applications
- Developing RESTful APIs
- SQL server or other RDMS development
- Entity Framework and/or other ORM Environments
- Problem solving abilities and creative thinking
- Experience translating business requirements into intuitive software solutions
- Self-starter capable of working on small teams in a fast-paced environment
- Firm understanding of the fundamentals of requirement specification, design, coding, testing and delivery of business applications systems using Agile development methodologies
- Ability to positively interact with all members of the development and business teams
