We are an inbound 24x7 Call Center located on Regent St. We field calls for a variety of businesses.

We are currently seeking applicants for: 2nd shift, hours are: 3p-11p or 4p-11p

Shifts will include weekends AND holidays.

You will handle in-coming calls unique to each client.

Collect relevant caller data to assist with the call.

Answer questions or direct the call, all based on the script from the client.

Take messages

May perform clerical or administrative duties

Performs other duties as assigned
