Submit an application today!Major responsibilities- Secure that the CRM plan is executed according to plan and within budget- Maintain clear communications to the customer that are vital to their needs and life stage- Incite more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives- Build, submit, form, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; on top of spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions- Lead a top-notch team of digital specialists and oversee the digital strategy- Set up take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives- Steer weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI- Help product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to better the customer journey & experience Requirements - Minimum of 5+ years experience- Seasoned in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM- Previous role in management preferred- Mastery of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)- A steady combo of skill, management experience and initiative- Deliberate multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency- Highly-skilled in vendor management- Website Optimization experience highly desired- Lead Nurture experience highly preferred- Previous experience working with email marketing- Earlier work involving Digital Advertising- Marketing Strategy experience required- Good understanding of Content Marketing- Integrated Marketing Campaigns experience highly valued- Background working with Corporate Social Media- Comprehensive knowledge of Marketing Strategy- Adeptness in Website Analytics- Foundational knowledge in Corporate Website- Strong familiarity with B2B Technology- General familiarity with Marketing Automation Software- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO- Practical knowledge of Drive Lead Generation- Striking statistics in setting up digital brands with strong ROI- Seasoned in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site Innovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
