Job Summary Develop, implement, and support an operational strategy for Global Security Operations with a focus on Cloud identity and Access Management technology and processes. This role will partner with Cloud Center of Excellence on alignment of IAM standards and policy and procedures to ensure capabilities are operationalized, budgeted, sustainable, and meet both security and business demands. The role will also partner with IAM Access Governance teams to ensure Cloud controls are automated, testable, and measurable. Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day workload of the Cloud IAM team • Drive the Cloud IAM strategy and execution through technical capability, implementation, and day to day operations • Assist in translating existing on-premises security controls, policies, and configuration management practices to the Cloud platform • Oversee projects to deliver new IAM capabilities and features to drive greater governed self-service opportunities to Cloud consumers • Identify and address automation opportunities in existing processes • Collaborate with Cloud Center of Excellence and other Global Security teams to provide expertise towards the common goal of continually improving our Enterprise security posture • Participate in various Enterprise Information Security discussions as the representative of the Cloud IAM team • Stay current with the latest security technologies and threat landscape with a specific emphasis on AWS, Azure, and other Cloud platforms • Participate in triage events as required and work with partners and vendors towards resolution • Collaborate with our Global Security teams on technology roadmaps to address continuous improvement and program maturity • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and compliance teams • Perform annual capabilities needs and roadmap assessments to stay aligned with business needs and emerging threats • Actively participate internally and externally with various members of the Information Security industry • Perform other duties as required Leader - Education & Experience Qualification Level Education Degree Specification Minimum Required Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or Cyber Security Preferred Certification CISSP, CISSM, AWS Qualification Level Experience Minimum Required Six or more years of information security analyst/engineer experience Minimum Required Progressive experience working within an information security environment. Minimum Required Vendor Management Experience to include establishing and ensuring SLA/SLO levels are met Minimum Required Proven experience in planning, organizing and developing technical capabilities Minimum Required Experience with regulatory and compliance initiatives such as HIPPA, PCI and advanced knowledge associated with the protection of PII Minimum Required Experience interfacing with peer support teams (Security Engineering, Threat Teams, Access Management, Legal, Governance and etc. Minimum Required Three or more years of supervisory experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Knowledge & Skills • Familiarity with enterprise level information security best practices and security frameworks (i.e. Acceptable Use Policies and etc.) • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Cloud technologies:Strong knowledge of identifying enterprise threat landscape as well as anatomy of cyber-attacks methodology as it relates to Identity and Access Management • Knowledge IAM best practices • Experience managing operational teams • Familiarity with the following technologies:Excellent writing skills, interviewing skills and a proficiency in using Microsoft products. • Possess a strong foundation in information security • Familiarity with Windows and Linux command line environments • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal including ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals with varied levels of understanding and authority within customer institutions.
