Cemen Tech is growing, and we are adding a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to our team. Our ideal candidate would thrive in an environment where they are constantly building new relationships with possible customers. Our BDC will act as the Sales Team’s initial point of contact by reaching out to potential customers via phone or email. It is essential that the right candidate is well spoken, able to take detailed notes when tracking and documenting within our CRM and has prior experience cold calling companies. Once appointments have been made for the Sales Team, the BDC will help prepare sales proposals to be delivered to customers. Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

· 2 - 4 years of professional experience.

· Candidate must be well spoken and comfortable on the phone. Experience calling prospects is required.
