Lead Service Technician (5255)

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Service Technician at Chapel Ridge at Marion Apartments in Marion, IA. This is a Tax Credit property with 200 units.

We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of multifamily property maintenance and preventative maintenance and are HVAC certified.

What You Will Do:

The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

Three to four years related experience and/or training

Ability to work independently

EPA or HVAC certification is required

Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather

Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
