Woodworking Shop Hand

Small, locally owned custom furniture manufacturer in Ankeny, IA is expanding operations and seeking highly motivated full-time and part-time help. Semi-flexible schedule. Normal hours are 7:30am to 4pm during the week. Weekends may be available if you prefer. Must have experience using power tools (woodworking power tools). Primary duties will be production and construction of wood furniture (tables & benches). Other duties may include, but not limited to: packaging, shipping, palletizing, assembling furniture, staining, finishing.

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 18 years of age

- Experience using woodworking power tools (sander, jointer, planer, etc.)

- Able to stand for extended periods of time

- Able to lift at least 75lbs

- Detail Oriented

Pay varies depending on knowledge and experience.
