Handyman needed for mobile home renovations

We own a mobile home community in Jessup, Ia. and have a unit that is in need of complete renovation. I’m seeking someone with both the MH renovation experience as well as truck and tools to get the job done.

If you don’t have specific mobile home experience please don’t apply. Our company owns multiple mobile home parks in the area and so this could turn into a longer term position if all goes well.

Don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours. I pay on time and will treat you with respect and expect the same in return.

- MH repair experience.

- reliable transportation (preferably a truck)
