Test Manager with Incentive Compensation Management experience

  • Need someone technically savy to understand the different work stream across testing team.
  • Help manual test and review the testers work to guide
  • Report KPI across all teams and overall KPI
  • Report to leadership
  • Understand the gaps and track test cases, defects and monitor the fix
  • Escalate as needed
  • Work with other IT teams to coordinate test data and follow-up on the testing data need in timely manner.
The Test Manager thoroughly evaluates the software products according to the business standards or function requirements. The Test Manager works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals. The Test Manager isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Less than 5 years of technical experience Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
