  • Knowledge of usability and user-centered design principles including:
  • HTML
  • CSS/SASS
  • JavaScript
  • Adobe Suite
  • Cross-browser testing and issue resolution
  • Prototyping
  • Visual Design
  • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile interaction paradigms.
  • Fundamental understanding of web accessibility .
  • Excellent oral and written communication: clear, concise, and professional.
  • Knowledge of usability testing principles and methods.
    • Duties
  • Acts as an advocate for the user within the organization and challenge colleagues to have the perspective of a user.
  • Works with clients to offer solutions to user-focused design issues.
  • Monitors trends throughout the industry and technology to continuously add improvements.
  • Maintain visual consistency and modern UX controls throughout suite of software.
  • Develops and maintains detailed interface specifications and design patterns.
  • Understands how users interact with client software
  • Conducts user research to pinpoint what users want/need visually.
  • Create a web application that is easy to understand and navigate.
