If this position may be interested to you, please email me back at somp767@kellyservices.com (with your most up to date resume in word format) and advise the best time and number at which you can be reached Job Title: Data Analyst (System Health Data Analyst) Location: Waterloo, IA Type: ONLY on W2 contract (NO C2C) Length: 3 years Pay Rate - $45 - $50per hour (Can go up based on the experience) What you will do: As a Machine Health Data Analyst at John Deere, you will work on a cross-functional team focused on utilizing telematics data to deliver mission-critical solutions, and you'll do it with cutting-edge big data technologies. You will work on developing methods to analyze data from Agricultural, Construction, and Forestry machines to enable automated solutions to deliver machine uptime to our customers. There will be a focus on telematics data mining, manipulation, analytics, and automated solution development. Responsibilities include: Development, maintenance, and support of analytics methods and processes to automate solutions to dealers. You will work on projects to:
- Connect, flow, store, transform, analyze, and visualize data from John Deere engines and machines
- Integrate with engineering subject matter experts on our team to develop automated, prognostic, and predictive solutions
- Integrate with data scientists on our team to connect and wrangle complex big data sets and queries
- Develop solutions for identifying patterns or trends to troubleshoot Engine related problems using Telematics data
- Bring innovative new ideas, tools, methods, and processes to help us deliver unparalleled uptime and support to our customers and dealers around the world
Requirements: • At least 2-3 years' experience as a Data Analyst, Data Wrangler or equivalent • At least 2-3 years working experience with SQL (Standard Query Language) • At least 2-3 years working experience with SparkR or PySpark • At least 2-3 years working experience with R or Python • Ability to work in Spark environment using SQL, R, Python or Scala • Experience with data visualization using RShiny, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau etc. • Demonstrated communication skills in a team setting Tools : You will utilize and gain experience in a wide range of tools and components as you develop cutting edge ways to better support our customers and dealers.
