Technical Support Engineer // Fintech // Greenwich, CT

A fintech startup located in Greenwich, Connecticut is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. This company is on a mission to reinvent the commodities marketplace by building a secure, digital platform using blockchain technology. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the customer support process and for resolving customer's technical issues. You will work closely with engineering to understand the platform and represent engineering in customer interactions.

• 3+ years of technical support experience
• Proficiency with API integrations and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with website and user interface usage and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting trading platforms in a financial organization is a big plus!
