They will be working with a team of Tech Leads and Developers, who are a mix of both on-shore and off-shore. Job Description: - This role is part App Dev Manager/Part Scrum Master Leader. - On the Workflow side, the Scrum Master role manages 3 different teams. - This manager will run the Workflow Development team. - When acting as a Scrum Master, this person will manage and lien up work for the Workflow Development Team and another team owned by the Operations Area who does configuration on the client's platform. - This person will also run the Agile Sprints and Ceremonies. - This role will also have a lot of interfacing with 3rd Party Vendors.
