Description The Integrations Product Manager will be collaborating with team members across different verticals and reporting into the Director of Product. As a successful Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Managing and developing the product road-map, integrations vision, and relevant performance metrics. Understanding the unique needs of the business and use customer insights to deliver optimized end-user experiences. Creating service agreements between internal and external partners. Strategizing relationships to co-develop implementation plans, testing environments, and on-boarding flows. Identifying relevant opportunities to improve the integrity, consistency, availability, speed, and reliability of integrations processes. Managing external API to facilitate development to existing programs and applications. Continuously improve functionality to keep pace with the rest of the competitive landscape. Developing and executing best practices relative to product integrations. Successful candidates for this position will possess the following: 5+ years experience in product management in an entrepreneurial start-up environment. 2+ years of experience with digital property management integrations. Experience maintaining partnerships and APIs with multiple partners and integrating into larger backend systems. Proven analytical skills and keenness to use data in driving feature prioritization. Ability to coordinate your team across multiple priorities and deliver a continuous stream of value through shipping features. Time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Ability to discern appropriate times to apply attention to detail and review the bigger picture. Comfort with solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity.
