Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per yearA bit about us:We are a top Global, Manufacturing Supply companyWhy join us?We offer amazing benefits, growth, and stability!Job DetailsDevelop and train Continuous Improvement Processes,Support and coach Continuous Improvement tools and techniques in line with the Outokumpu Production Index (OPI),Collaborate and build strong interpersonal relationships with leadership and team members,Lead cross functional teams to drive projects from conception to realization,Communicate and celebrate success,Consult, coach, develop and train all levels of the organization to excel in Continuous Improvement concepts, such as Problem Solving, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Visual Management, Waste Elimination, Lean Manufacturing etc.,Demonstrate flexibility in managing special projects as directed by leadership,Lead facility implementation of Outokumpu Production Index standard and fulfill role of subject matter expert,Collaborate with Manufacturing Excellence departments across business areas and facilities,Complete and maintain internal Black Belt certification program.Job requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline,3+ years of Continuous Improvement experience; Lean and or Six Sigma certification highly preferred,2+ years of project management experience,Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques and hosting Kaizen events,Strong interpersonal skills / the ability to lead teams with limited direct authority,Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer networking skills,Ability to react quickly to changing requirements and new process developments,Self-motivated, hands-on, keen interest in quickly learning and applying new skills,Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing industry preferred,Ability to effectively develop and deliver training programs across all levels of the organization.Interested in hearing more?
