- 8+ years' Experience in salesforce Lightning components, Aura framework, Lightning web Components, dynamic forms/actions & Apex.
- Expertise in SFDC technology, able to analyze Problems and provide Solutions.
- Experience working on Cloud technologies, SFDC integrations.
- Able to understand APEX and JS code, experience on SFDC configuration and its governor limits.
- Excellent communication skills – English.
- Excellent presentation skills – English.
- Be a team player also coordination between different teams
- Confident in expressing own thoughts, opinions & asking questions for clarifications (speak up during meetings)
- should be a certified salesforce Administrator and salesforce Platform Developer II, any additional certifications are a plus.
- Responsible to ensure Support related tasks are evenly distributed and that prioritized items are assigned ownership within the team
- Communicates with Service Manager/Superiors on SLA reporting, highlights risks and unplanned Service Variations
- Responsible for managing the SFDC Support Kanban
- Fulfils service requests with clear associated SLAs
- Analyze defects & diagnose solutions requiring “Level 3” support
- Responsible for production support & problem ticket creation
- Support KPIs tied to SLAs
- Oversees Knowledge Transfer of deliverables prior to incorporating them into Production Support
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Escalate issues and concerns with Scrum Master and product owner/s.
- Deliver quality work within a minimum timeframe.
