Civil / Structural Engineer

Location: Creve Coeur, MO 63167Duration: 12 monthsCivil / Structural EngineerKey Tasks & Responsibilities•Participate as a project team member and discipline lead for large complexity projects•Leads project design and close out documentation as part of engineering task deliverable•Leads a team to develop project civil/structural requirements and assemble estimate information•Leads project civil/structural design package development including drawings, layouts, technical guidance and oversight of engineering consultants and contractors, complaint design solutions, and facility checkout while directing other team members•Presentation and communication of project related tasks to peers, project manager, group leadership, and senior engineering.•Provide consultation services to operating facilities as assigned including troubleshooting and evaluation of existing structures and facilities.Qualifications & Competencies•B.S. or M.S. Civil Structural Engineering•7-10+ years of engineering experience•Detailed knowledge of building codes and industry standards•Excellent analytical and problem solving (decision making) skills•Collaborative team player capable of working well with people across all hierarchies internally and externally, including leadership•Good organizational and presentation skills•Good interpersonal skills such as communication, listening, verbal and assertiveness•Results driven Benefits:
