Job Details
  • Lead effort to improve the functionality, reliability, and process/product quality as it is a function of automated equipment through both hardware and control software (programming).
  • Take care of the controls modification and continuous improvement
  • Install new equipment/ new start-ups and, integrations
  • Calibrate sensor, encoder, drives, tachometers, load cells, footage counters
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make changes to return equipment to running order
  • Maintain accurate electrical prints by documenting changes as well as creating electrical prints for existing systems.
  • Maintain complete and thorough backup copies of all PLC, HMI, and other control programs for the manufacturing process
What You Need for this Position:
  • Controls engineering
  • PLC programming (Allen Bradley or GE)
  • Understanding of electrical drawings using CAD software
