Network Engineer

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Network Engineer to add to their growing team. This engineer will design, architect, validate, implement, maintain, and monitor existing infrastructure. This individual will also be mentoring/training Service Desk personal to hand off daily support of projects, while serving as a long-term support escalation point. Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in the Information Technology field
• Strong experience with Cisco switching and routing equipment in a corporate environment
• Experience with Cisco Nexus in a data center environment
• Experience in Cisco ASA/AnyConnect environments
• Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, switches, routers, cabling standards and controllers
• Active CCNP certification or higher
• Strong experience with Palo Alto network equipment, including Palo Alto Panorama or Prisma Knowledge
• Experience working with various routing protocols (BGP/EIGRP/OSPF)
• Ability to work in the data center as needed

• $100- 125k base, depending on experience
