Lead Endpoint Systems Engineer 4

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for the design and engineering of Endpoint and Productivity solutions using products that include Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, Conditional Access, ADFS, Windows 10, and cloud computing. Additionally, this position will be a technical mentor for less experienced team members on new tasks and assignments. The successful candidate will evaluate, recommend, and consult on solutions to address complex and unique business requirements. The Engineer 4 is responsible for maintaining a deep, technical knowledge and thorough understanding of solution design, constraints and operational approaches. The Engineer 4 develops collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to build and implement technology solutions, as well as actively anticipate and solve problems during and after delivery. Additional Responsibilities: • Contributes to the development of strategic planning for the department and communicates clear, concise strategic vision • Define approach and lead the integration of SaaS solutions. • Applies advanced knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to resolve a wide range of complex issues in creative and effective ways • Subject matter expert in multiple areas of responsibility; represents team within and outside own department • Leads operational and strategic activities • Leads project planning; provides technical leadership to project teams and/or leads project teams within own area/department and across functional teams • Works on large, complex initiatives that address future concepts, products or technologies; analyzes and evaluates all variable factors and risk • Has significant autonomy over day-to-day work and the planning of new assignments or projects • Defines, develops, communicates, and implements standards, processes, and procedures for the team or department • Maintains effective relationships with all levels of company management, internal and external customers that promotes understanding and produces results for both parties • Establishes and monitors key performance metrics to ensure compliance of established standards, processes, and procedures • Attracts and develops employees capable of achieving the goals and objectives of the company Takes an active role in applying advanced methods, theories and research techniques to establish ongoing direction, specification, design, development and implementation of technology vision and strategy • Accurately scopes deliverables including dependencies, risks and issues to ensure seamless delivery, technology effectiveness and security • Provides guidance and oversight on technical matters within a solution to ensure that the technologies are secure, interoperate and connect appropriately and also support company vision and strategy • Collaborates with Architects and recommends adjustments to the architecture to improve the overall quality of a solution • Listens to and evaluates customer needs to determine and provide high quality solutions that align with customer expectations; Identifies opportunities for improvement; ensures others are aligned with customer expectations • Actively coaches, mentors and teaches others; uses influence, expertise and leadership to support other teams as they implement technology solutions • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions; ensures security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identifies opportunities for improving security and implements strategies to improve our security postureQualifications Required:

• 8+ years of related experience
• Proven expertise in designing and managing the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Teams and/or other productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Group Policy
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems
• Additional experience in designing and managing the following technologies:
  • Azure Active Directory
  • ADFS
  • Microsoft Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Endpoint security tools such as Windows Defender ATP

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Functional knowledge of Apple Mac Laptops and the Mac Operating Systems
• Experience managing and supporting LAN/WAN connectivity
