Job DetailsPOSITION OVERVIEW:Works with a team in the engineering organization to design filters that will be prototyped and then produced in a manufacturing environmentWorks independently on difficult specifications and designsUse design simulation software such as PCFilt, FilSyn, Touchtone or Eagleware, etc to create filter designs based on standard and non-standard topologies and techniques to meet customer requirements.Interacts with customers (and sales) to understand (and develop) customer specifications.Interfaces with production to continually improve design and design methodologies.Creates and manages the creation of engineering prototypes.Responds to potential orders (Request for Quotes (RFQ)) for feasibility of electrical and mechanical specifications.Uses Electronic Test Equipment (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, and Volt Meter) to tune and test filters and test passive and active circuits.Interested in hearing more?
