Competitive base and overall compensation package Generous vacation, sick, and paid holidays Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Life Insurance coverage 401(k) with company match Long-term career growth opportunities!Job DetailsWhat you will be doing:Design, develop, and launch new product electronic features and accessories Lead product development projects through every phase of the product development process: conceptualization, breadboarding/prototyping, DFMA, product testing, manufacturing support, and product launchServe as technical lead for all matters related to electronic hardware and embedded firmware and provide support to internal customer facing groupsEstablish best practices in all aspects of product development process, including specifications and other technical documentationUse Altium to create all specification documents need for manufacturingDevelop product test protocols, build test fixtures, and analyze dataUse common shop tools to fabricate prototypes and test new ideasDrive cost reduction through new design and new manufacturing techniquesIncrease product reliability by diagnosing issues and designing robust solutionsPresenting project deliverables to engineering and management teamsDomestic and international travel (as needed) to support manufacturing and product launch activitiesB.S. Electrical Engineering (required)5+ years of experience in electronic systems design (required)Proficient in Altium design software (required)Proficient in all aspects of embedded firmware software (required)Experience with developing IoT products (required)Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment (required)Experience leading and managing multiple concurrent projectsExcellent attention to detail and solid follow through (required)Ability to build prototypes and test fixtures using common shop tools (required)Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (required)Product reliability and testing experience (preferred)Interested in hearing more?
