Job DetailsIn your role as Automation Engineer, you will assist and partake in the complete process of designing, building, programming, testing, integrating and supporting custom machines. This could include:Mechanical design in 2D and 3D CADMaking CAM programs to manufacture parts in house via CNC mills, CNC waterjets, lasers etc.Manually creating machine components via welding, knee mill, press brake etc.Machine mechanical assemblyWiring machine's electrical cabinetsWriting control logic programs for machinesInformation gathering by operating or studying existing machinesWork with outside vendors to source components, discover solutions, or specify other custom machinesSupport machines through documentation, training, and maintenance troubleshootingSkills required:Interested in hearing more?
