Software Engineer - Desktop Development

A mid-sized financial company located in Dallas is looking for desktop based .NET Engineer with solid full-stack skills. This developer will be expected to interface with non-technical clients to gather requirements and to meet realistic deadlines. Ideally, they are looking for C#, .NET Core (not a must), WPF, REST, ETL, SQL and Azure. This Engineer will also be expected to have a major voice on the design and architecture on the entire suite of financial applications. This financial company manages over tens of billions of dollars in assets and works with hundreds of financial institutions throughout the country. Required Skills & Experience

• Senior-level skills using desktop-based technologies on the Microsoft framework
• .NET Core and REST web experience
• WPF desktop experience
• Solid programming experience and a strong desire to take projects through the entire lifecycle of development
• SQL database experience and familiarity with Azure
