- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Artificial Lift ESP industry
- Strong customer relations skills including the ability to explain and train
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
- Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
- Work under general supervision
- Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
- Determine the priorities, goals, and objectives of work assigned
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to design and install products and services that have been purchased by the organization's customers
- Respond to routine inquiries from the sales team or customers about technical aspects of the organization's products and services
- Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet the customer's needs
- Possess expertise to provide technical advice during large or difficult negotiations, or with customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
