Job DetailsSummary: Performs engineering duties, including PLC programming, HMI programming, and mechanical and electrical experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in programming PLC controllers, motion controllers, drives and touch screens.Creates documentation for manufacturing to use in downloading to devices.Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software.Research new components, product costs and participate in vendor selection.Prepares system layout drawings, detailed assembly drawings and schematics.Build and wire prototypes, assists in training of manufacturing personnel, including assembly and installation procedures.Observe all safety and security procedures for your area. Use equipment and materials properly and report potentially unsafe conditions to management.Preferred Requirements: B.S. in Engineering with a concentration in related fields. (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).6 months experience with electrical schematics.ERP software and MS Office (word, excel, outlook).Bi-lingual/Spanish language a plus, but not required.Interested in hearing more?
