MES Consultant

We are looking for

• The client is looking for experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems and ERP.
• The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in Discrete manufacturing and should have worked in Digitization projects that involve the integration of SCADA, MES, and ERP.
• Work closely with Customer to gather requirements of the solution to be developed that involves MES, ERP, and SCADA.
• Should play a role as Solution Architect.
• Should have worked in global environment Onsite and offshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirements to offshore team and guide them.
• Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Discrete Manufacturing domain, with implementation experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems preferably Sepasoft and Ignition SCADA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience with project management and Agile methodology.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel during requirement, design phase, and key solution demo, conference room pilot meetings, and site rollouts.
