Our direct client, a Fortune 500 financial company, is seeking an IT Risk Analyst for a 6+ month contract in Morrisville, NC.

About the team As a member of the Strategy and Architecture for Collaboration and Retention services group, you will be able to contribute to a growing, diverse and global team who define, maintain, and evolve the strategy and architecture of the Collaboration& Retention services portfolio. This is an exciting role, which will help solving complex technical challenges, shape organizational change, while partnering with the business and other non-technical functions of the bank.

  • Evaluate existing service architectures and design patterns.
  • Help with architecting and planning new deliveries of infrastructure focused projects.
  • Help to define technical standards.
  • Provide input on a wide range of projects, assess risks effectively, and be capable of challenging designs and plans.
  • Understand some security authentication and authorization policies/methods and be able to integrate them with internally developed or vendor based applications.
  • Respond to and resolve service and project delivery problems.
  • Assist with reviewing and influence new and evolving designs and standards.
  • Participate in software and system performance analysis and tuning, service capacity planning and demand forecasting.
  • Contribute to building a DevOps model.

  • You are inclined working through ambiguity, under pressure, and against tight deadlines to solve technical challenges.
  • You hold professional experience working in a large technology infrastructure practice.
  • You hold some Network/Security Architecture experience.
  • You possess some experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies and Cloud & Software-as-a-Service solutions.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills both in content generation and presentation.
  • You possess business communications skills to customers and management.
