- Lead a team of 3-5 engineers
- Use your experience and knowledge to simplify development and infrastructure provisioning workflows
- Leverages your skillset to develop engineering talent within the team, and actively manage the performance of individual contributors
- Works with cross-functionally with other Engineering Leads working across multiple architectures and systems
- Adopts, contributes, and spreads practices and norms that achieve well designed systems, maintainable code, and productive teams
- Proficiency with Go, Python, or Rust; bonus points for strong Rust exposure
- Hands on experience building and deploying applications and tools in a fast-paced environment
- You've lead a an agile team and promoted a healthy collaborative environment for your engineers to succeed
- You're comfortable working with: Restful API's, Microservices, System Designs, Distributed Architecture.
- Strong track-record working in an AWS, or GCP environment.
- Terraform, or Kubernetes experience is a big plus
