Store/Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a great person who would be excited to lead our continually evolving beer mecca/pizza restaurant/neighborhood hangout!

Salary is negotiable based on management experience. There is also a profit sharing bonus as well.

This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail oriented operational professional, who loves leading teams to deliver on consistent and efficient results. Creative, collaborative and decisive problem-solving skills are essential to meeting the day-to-day challenges of overseeing store operations. You will need to be comfortable making timely decisions and debriefing and coaching staff consistently.

As a strong people leader, you will need experience demonstrating and leading the team in in all store operations. You will need to maintain a welcoming, supportive, and team-driven culture through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance assessing the team. Assure the team is supported through Human Resource services including talent attraction, recruitment, development, and planning.

Must have the ability to be proactive and stay on task with multiple projects and shifting deadlines, while managing a consistent weekly schedule. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule each week to cover store hours, including one evening and one morning each week.
