Construction Painter/Detailer

Established Skagit/Whatcom county residential home builder is seeking a Construction Detailer for various projects in Skagit/Whatcom County. This position is responsible for various hands on repair tasks. This position work directly under the site Superintendent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

-Adjusting various components on the home

-Small Repairs of drywall and texturing

-Painting of a variety of surfaces including interior and exterior

-Final spot cleaning of home

-Communication with vendors on repairing various tasks

-Creating punch lists

-Completing punch lists

-Various labor related work as directed

Requirements

-related experience preferred

-Attention to detail

-Ability to work in a fast paced production environment

-Ability to identify defects and trade damage in new home construction

-Some small hand tools for home detailing

- Dependable transportation

-Self starter and the ability to work independently

-Ability to left 50lbs
