We are eagerly looking for new talent for our Floor Crew.

Do you have knowledge or experience with buffing, carpet cleaning and strip and waxing

Then this is the position for you! We are looking or people that want to start a career as a janitor- this is a position that will give you Union benefits, training, and experience to grow. You will be working for ABM to provide top rated custodial services to the University of Fairbanks, Alaska.

The right person will have:

Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 50 pounds

Be able to work well with others - performing basic customer service responsibilities

Accountable for working on your own and finishing tasks in timely matter

Ability to work a flexible schedule

The Floor Crew is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors. They will use floor manufacturer approved methods. The Floor Crew must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Shifts available:

Sunday through Thursday 10 pm to 6:30 am, 40 hours a week with opportunity for Overtime. - 3 Openings

Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours a week with opportunity for Overtime. - 1 Openings

Pay: Up to $20 an hour depending on experience.
