Project Manager – Industrial Construction – 80K to 100K – Jacksonville, FL

Take your Project Management skills to the next level by overseeing all aspects of Turn-Key Projects ranging in size from 5 Million to 200 Million. Our century old company has evolved and grown to become the premier provider of systems and services for the wood processing industry. We have proven experience in biomass, pulp and paper, saw mills as well as power generation plants.

As a Turn-Key Project Manager you’ll be the primary contact with the Owner, Engineering staff, Contractors and the rest of the team. You’ll provide direction to construction coordinators, Engineering Project Managers and Equipment Project Managers. You’ll coordinate Engineering and Construction activities and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT MANAGER

5 plus years in leadership positions working on Industrial Construction Projects.

Managing projects in multiple disciplines (sewer, water, steel, concrete, electrical, mechanical, etc.)

4- year degree in Construction Management or Engineering Preferred.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Excellent communication skills to lead, motivate and ensure safety standards.

Strong computer skills in Word/Excel/Outlook, and MS Project.

Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.

Can travel to job sites (located in the SE US. Will vary from 20% to 40%).

MSHA and OSHA training required.
