Medical Office in Aventura, FL is looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper aprox. 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Opening mail and sort
Bank deposits (filling out deposit slips and going to bank 1 X week)
Electronically batching checks, debit cards etc to the head billing department
Electronically batching EOB’s (eligibility of benefits) to the billing department
Reconcile weekly all drug invoices with CPO head office statement
1-2 X weekly provide bank balances
Entering data worksheet collections from patients into QuickBooks
Entering expenses in QuickBooks
Monthly reconciliation of QuickBooks accounts
Weekly and/or Monthly reports when needed from QuickBooks
Write checks when needed
Forward company payables to head accounting office via email
Manual timesheets from temp agencies
Backup to main payroll system
Track and keep system of renewal of all licenses
