Security Patrol Officer

Contractor positions, available to start immediately in DeKalb, Fulton, and surrounding areas.

We are also looking to develop a list of on-call officers for firewatches, etc.

Most of our work is in the apartment industry

Duties will include but not limited to:

-walking and standing for long periods-addressing violations

-issuing Criminal Trespasses-issuing lease violations

-distributing notices/letters -completing detailed reports

Relevant experience will place you in a preferred position. Qualified individuals will be fair and firm.

-Clean background (free of felony and domestic violence convictions)

-Clean appearance

-Drug-Free

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to effectively communicate in English through SPEECH and WRITING

-Must be able to walk or stand for long periods
