Looking for sharp, professional Call Center/Retail/Hotel/Restaurant candidates for a DIRECT HIRE role with great pay, amazing benefits & M-F schedule, 1ST SHIFT! Hybrid REMOTE schedule after first 3-6 monthsInbound Customer Experience Interview Dates: THE NEXT 2 WEEKS! 8/16-8/27

Start Date: 10/4 (Deadline is 9/17)

Location: Chandler, AZ

After 3-6 months, candidates can do a hybrid REMOTE schedule!

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour - $18.00/hour based off experience & interview

Monthly & Quarterly bonuses for performance AND a 90-day evaluation for potential raise of up to $1.50.

Schedule: M-F 7AM-4PM, 1 Saturday/Month (7AM-11AM shift)

Description – Handle mainly inbound calls from customers with auto loans, some light outbound follow up calls. The calls are relating to any questions about their loan with any dealership (i.e. billing, account issues, payments over the phone, change of address, etc.)

Requirements: Strong tenure (1+ years in each position ideally), call center experience OR retail/restaurant/hospitality, must have diploma/GED.
