Dispatch/Route Customer Service Rep. $16-$18 An Hour

Work Environment:Working In office, fun work environmentPay: $16-$18 an hourMon-Fri 6am-5pm (will work an 8 hour shift between this time frame)Contract to hireStarting ASAP!Top Skills Details:Customer service, dispatching, route delivery, phone support, outlook, inbound and outbound callsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills, and people skills. Being able to work multi-task, and work with Microsoft word, outlook, and excel.1-2 years of customer service/dispatching skillsJob Description:You will be responsible for routing deliveries for the drivers so they can deliver new water systems to their customers. You will also be dispatching technicians to customers for repairs, and maintenance.Making outbound calls to Technicians to dispatch them to customers homes for maintenance, and service needs on their water systems.

Receiving inbound calls from customers that need their water systems serviced, or systems that require maintenance.

Routing drivers that will be going to new customers homes to install brand new water systems.

Data Entry to update customer profiles

Working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Providing great customer service to each customer
