It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleMgr Business Process MgmtJob DescriptionThe Manager, Business Process Management is responsible for leading and managing the work effort, volume and productivity by ensuring appropriate resource commitment and managing, mentoring and coaching staff. This position is responsible for a variety of operational activities and the deliverables associated with each across the service excellence organization for Operations.ResponsibilitiesLead development and presentation of value proposition to promote Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) services to operational stakeholders with a focus on contact center, clinical review and other PBM operations.

Develop and maintain intake processes, success metrics (e.g. scorecards) and/or reporting for all BPM and/or CQI services

Allocate staff to assignments based on ability, knowledge, capacity and development goals

Lead team’s efforts to gather business knowledge from operational subject matter experts, resulting in a centralized and published knowledge base for enterprise use, including the identification of dependencies and metadata for business capabilities and processes

May manage review and revise activities for operational documentation (DTPs, SOPs, User Guides) on a regular basis, ensuring knowledge artifacts are current

Project participation and responses to ad-hoc change requests

Collaborate with business partners to realize efficiency and/or accuracy gains through process improvement efforts using tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma

Other duties as assigned

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required

6 years of experience with managing people or projects consisting of long duration, high budget, and/or multiple workstreams

6 years of experience in developing Business or Process Analysis

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for a work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional QualificationsStrong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred QualificationsPBM/health care experience

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio experience

Experience with formal project lifecycle

Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies

Minimum Physical Job RequirementsConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting StructureReports to leadership on the Service Excellence Team
