Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking to fill the position of Finance Project professional, supporting our Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) projects. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, solution-focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels. This individual will be a key part of the Finance Transformation Organization and will be responsible for leading high-profile projects related to Facebook Reality Lab (FRL) priorities. They will work either alone or with other members of the Finance Transformation team, managing workstreams and taking ownership of project outcomes and deliverables as they go. An ability to think critically, plan, execute & communicate effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be key to success in this role. The position is a full-time position.Required Skills: Independently plan, lead and execute on complex finance projects collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams globally

Develop concise and compelling business cases for proposed projects

Ensure appropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goals

Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels

Determine business roles and resources needed to ensure successful implementation

Work proactively with the business to resolve critical issues

Prepare detailed analysis, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates

Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigations

Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, or internal consulting (e.g., Business Operations, Strategy or other equivalent function) with primary focus on Project Management

Experience working in a cross-functional global environment

Leadership experience to align project goals with organization and sponsor goals

Experience with project management best practices and related sets

Experience with system implementations and working with engineering and product teams

Experience working well in and enjoying a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and developing solutions

Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership

Skilled communicator with experience influencing others

Preferred Qualifications: PM certification

Experience in public accounting

Experience in hardware (e.g., manufacturing, inventory, retail distribution) and software (e.g., metrics, licensing, software sales accounting) dimensions

Experience in multinational, public companies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

CPA, CIA and or CISA Qualifications
