We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking specialist with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the enterprise. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.Required Skills: Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Products Supply Chain team in helping to define and deliver complex supply chain strategies, roadmaps and solutions

Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable supply chain systems using metrics that drive key decisions

Understand the functional and technical requirements of our partners and work closely with internal technical teams to provide guidance on activities that will impact our supply chain

Define, instrument and track relevant product goals and success metrics to continually measure and uphold high quality solutions

Produce content recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design

Ability to think beyond out of box product capabilities to build efficient and scalable solutions

Collaborate and influence cross functional teams on new business and process optimization needs

Minimum Qualifications: Supply Chain expert with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing and scaling systems for global organizations

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business or other related quantitative disciplines

5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain planning and inventory management

2+ years of experience in program managing complex projects and products

Experience with at least one full cycle of vendor product implementation, cut over, launch and post launch support

Experience in SQL in Oracle or MySQL databases

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or MBA

Oracle Fusion cloud or other supply chain ERP products certifications

Excellent communication skills including the experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Analytical and quantitative skills with the experience in using data insights and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
