Job Description
The Software Support position is responsible for supporting software changes, installation, reports, and training for institutional software. Support network operations including servers and data back-up. As needed, support hardware and data base operations. Research and develop future software strategies for the college to ensure future operations. Troubleshoot software issues. Provide training as needed.
