Performance Management and Compensation Manager

The Waldinger Corporation, a rapidly growing premier mechanical, sheet metal, electrical, and service contractor, seeks an independent, experienced professional with strong interpersonal skills. TheiPerformance Managementiand Compensation Manageriposition is located at our (brand new!)iDes Moines, IAiCorporate location and with very limited travel, will also support our offices throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.Duties include, but are not limited to:Assesses performance reviews. Identifies potential red flags, especially those dealing with employment law, and rectifies areas of concern, coaching managers accordingly.Manage performance management processes, including goal setting.Conducts performance management training with managers.Owns Performance Management module in the HRIS system (Kronos), keeping up with updates and suggesting changes as necessary.Promote and drive cultural performance management change towards a process that supports talent pipelining.Provides performance management process status reports to ensure compliance.Creates, reviews and advises on salary ranges.
