Join our top-notch team of54,000+ professionals in 60 countries who are making their mark on some of theworld's most beloved brands, includingDEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, LENOX and more.What You'll DoAs an AssociateBusiness Analyst,you'll be part of our Product Development team in the Electronic Security Business: •Act as a Business Analyst for the HQ Customer Portal and Mobile App•Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments, to align story and bug prioritization with business needs•Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions•Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into user stories•Validates business and technical requirements are met during the Sprint•Oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met•Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activities•Provide guidance to team members•Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy•Build relationships and provide technology guidance to assigned Business Unit or FunctionWho You AreYou always strive to do a good jobbut wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of data analyst or security monitoring experience
  • HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Alarm Monitoring functions
  • Experience with MAStermind, SAP, and Service Dispatch business systems
  • Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or otherrequirements management tools
  • Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments
  • Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business prioritiesSDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
