Must be able to collaboratewith Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Field Operations, Support Resources and end customers.Role and Responsibilities:In this role, the Systems Database Administrator/Analyst will conduct project specific advanced system deployments and support on behalf of the end-user. As Systems Database Administrator/ Analyst you will be responsible for the system deployment, configuration and support will vary across numerous advanced physical security system manufacturers and types to include access control, video surveillance, biometric and encrypted strong authentication, Identity Management (IDAM), cyber-security and InfoSec.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Microsoft SQL Instance Deployment, Configuration & Support
  • Physical Security System Head End Deployment, Configuration & Support
  • Administer SQL databases for the end-user's access control platforms.
  • Manage content and the flow of imports and exports between access control platforms.
  • Build customized Crystal reports for the access control platforms.
  • Build SQL scripts to generate automated reports and ad hoc reports.
  • Maintain and remediate issues within databases.
  • Support system software upgrades and patching.
  • Support build-out and maintenance of Physical Security self-supported servers.
  • Various application support.
  • Maintain Advanced Security Lab in Denver, CO facility to support customer systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior programming experience with C+, C, Visual Basic andPython programming languages.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering OR ITcertification(s) (Microsoft, Cisco IT Certifications in lieu of degree).
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurancecustomer facing relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Network (Net+, Cisco or Equivalent) or Database (Oracle, Microsoft) certification & experience.
  • Lenel OnGuard Enterprise Certification.
