LK Jordan is currently seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Specialist for a high end rug company based out of northwest San Antonio. This company has been in business for over 80 years and is known to provide a high level of attention and customer service to their clients. Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and pay starts in the $15 - $17 range depending on experience.
Job Description:
· Assisting customers with their online experience, help complete checkout, or take phone orders.
· Assist customers with delivery or order complications and help resolve quickly and courteously.
· Process online orders.
· Update processed orders with stock or shipping information provided by email.
· Communicate with customers regarding updates or changes to their order status by phone, email, or chat program.
· Assist in creating online orders and trouble shoot issues over the phone.
· Develop strong relationships and trust with clients.
· Follow general instructions and procedures as provided.
· Work effectively in a team environment
· Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· High School Diploma or GED
· Pass background check
