Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer

We are a commercial construction company looking for long-term team members. At Farwest TI you will be working with a Project Manager to complete projects ranging from small service tickets to multimillion-dollar tenant improvements. We pride ourselves on doing whatever is needed to get the job done on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has experience and knowledge of the order of operations for a construction project along with a strong work ethic, ability to problem solve and high level of attention to detail. Experience is desired but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Position responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Assist Estimator in the completion of the bidding process through project close out.

Experience of Coordinating Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.

Attend job walks.

Complete RFI’s

Send out PO requests.

Complete, send, and track submittals.

Create, track, and manage change orders.

Track schedule

Attend, track, and complete meeting notes for weekly project OAC’s

Complete projects close out packages.

Attend weekly project management meetings to review companywide projects and manpower needs.
