A Client is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator on their Enterprise Systems team, you will be working in the part of the organization that is building out the business systems used by their Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support and Finance teams. Your primary focus will be building out the Salesforce system based on the direction from the different functional leads. You will work on ongoing administration and support of our Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ and various AppExchange applications. You will be joining a dynamic and fast paced team of experienced Salesforce Administrators and Developers. We will work closely together to design the best solutions for our users, and make the best technical decisions for our company. Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
- Marketing Cloud / CPQ experience preferred.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies and working in SCRUM teams
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), or similar project and support tools
- Experience with Zuora Billing
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests, manage tasks laterally and escalate when needed.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly connect business requirements with functional capabilities of the application
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, providing transparency for business users.
