Technical Manager of Infrastructure

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Manager of Infrastructure to join one of its premiere Banking institutions. This individual is repsonsible be managing a team of technical engineers that are responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting critical systems and assures there is adequate and properly trained staff to properly maintain applicable systems. This position is responsible for the infrastructure including but not limited to: datacenter, network, virtualization, server, storage, backup, disaster recovery, cloud services and critical systems used by Bankers Trust. This person is also responsible for maintaining systems in accordance with regulatory compliance guidelines. - 3-5 years experience of: Solid IT management experience Successful management of IT personnel with ability to effectively recruit, develop, and retain IT staff Proven ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships with others in the organization Networking, security and storage systems background Ability to effectively present ideas to management- 7-10 years experience of IT experience
